Cartridge Board

What Is It?

This is the cart board which contains the menu system for a Famicombox, and that is found on the smaller carts.

The Tech:

Not much to it. Like a regular NROM board, except the lockout chip's address lines (there are 4) are brought to 4 of the expansion connector pins. This cart would not work in a front loader, but it would work in a toploader. (Oh, other than the menu proggy expects RAM and such in places it is not found on a regular NES). There was a blue piece of tape on the cart board holding it down (hence the funky blue crap on the board). This same board can be found on many of the carts, too.
